Managing Your Account Info 


Signing In

Once you have registered an account, signing in gives you access to any information you have stored with us. Please note that your information is stored on a secure server.

To sign in, click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the home page. Enter your email address and password and then click “submit”.

Signing Out


The sign out option is an important security feature for those who access the Vibrant Performance online store using shared computer work stations. When you click "Sign-Out," you will no longer be registered on that computer, and you will not have access to your information until you sign in again. Signing out protects you by ensuring that others cannot view your personal information.

Forgot Password


Forgot your password? No problem! To reset your password, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Click the "Password Forgotten?" link on the right side of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and click "Continue"
  4. Your password will be emailed to you.

We will not give passwords over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Change Password


If you would like to change your password, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Login to your personal account. 
  3. Click the "Change My Account Password" link on the left side of the page.
  4. Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice.
  5. Your new password will be activated and your old password will be disabled.

Changing Your Account Information

If you would like to modify your account information, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Login to your personal account. 
  3. Click the "View or Change My Account Information" link on the left side of the page.
  4. Follow the steps on screen.

Changing Your Default Addresses or Add New Addresses to your Account Information

If you would like to modify your default addresses or add new addresses to your profile, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Login to your personal account. 
  3. Click the "View or Change Entries in My Address Book” link on the left side of the page.
  4. Follow the steps on screen.
  5. Please Note that you can add up to 5 unique addresses to your profile.
