Customs and Duty Charges for Shipments to US Customers

Shipments destined for the United States may be subject to extra import duties, taxes and other border crossing fees.  All applicable importation charges have been included in the Shipping Rates that are quoted in the order checkout process. 

You will not be receiving a separate invoice from UPS for these import fees.  If, for some reason, you do receive an invoice from UPS for any such charges, please contact our customer service desk at 905-564-2808 x 280 and we will resolve it right away.

By ordering goods from Vibrant Performance, you authorize a licensed US customs broker chosen by Vibrant Performance to act as your agent and to transact business with the US Customs and Border Protection agency to clear your merchandise orders and account for applicable duties and taxes.
