Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

When an order is sent to us from our online store, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order automatically goes into processing as soon as you press "Submit Order."

If you wish to make a change to your order, you must contact us immediately (normal business hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST).  However, we cannot guarantee your order can be changed. 

As this is an Outlet Store, our Terms of Sale do not permit the return or exchange of goods that  were ordered in error.  Returns/Exchanges are only permitted due to damage incurred in shipping. 

If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.
